  1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
  2. 1.  Insert disk in drive A: or B: (whichever is appropriate).
  3. 2.  Type A: or B: and press ENTER.
  4. 3.  Type INSTALL and press ENTER.
  5. 4.  Follow the instructions on the screen.  If you are not sure what to do,
  6.     just press ESC, then answer Y to "Are you sure you want to save?".
  7. 5.  To run the program from the disk provided, type A: (or B:), press ENTER,
  8.     then type TOYBOX and press ENTER.
  9.  
  10. STARTING THE GAME
  11.  
  12. Press any key at the title screen.  This will take you to the Main Menu.  You
  13. can select one of the six games by using the UP/DOWN arrow keys and pressing
  14. ENTER or press the selection number, then ENTER.
  15.  
  16. 1) Matching Game
  17.  
  18. The object of this game is to match the letters on the left with the pictures
  19. on the right that the letters start with.  Select a letter by using the UP/
  20. DOWN arrow keys.  Move the letter to the right by pushing the RIGHT arrow 
  21. key.  Use the arrow keys to move the letter into the box next to the picture 
  22. you think it belongs with.  Press ENTER to see if you are correct.

  24. 2) Press The Letter 
  25.  
  26. In this game, a letter is displayed.  You are asked to press the letter.  The
  27. letters will appear, one at a time, in alphabetical order.

  29. 3) Press The Number
  30.  
  31. In this game, you are asked to press the number displayed.  The numbers will
  32. appear, one at a time, in numeric order starting with 0.
  33.  
  34. 4) Pick The Color
  35.  
  36. In this game, you are shown four colored boxes.  You are asked to pick a
  37. paticular colored box.  Use the LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys to make your selection,
  38. then press ENTER.

  40. 5) Dot To Dots
  41.  
  42. The object of this game is to solve the dot to dots.  This game requires the
  43. use of a mouse.  Start by finding the letter A (or 1).  Move the mouse pointer
  44. to the dot next to the A (or 1).  When the color changes from red to yellow,
  45. press the left mouse button.  It will then change black.  Next, find the B (or
  46. 2).  Again, move the pointer to the dot next to the letter or number.  When
  47. it changes color, press the left mouse button.  Notice that a black line will
  48. be drawn between the two dots.  Continue until the dot to dot is complete.

  50. 6) Counting Game
  51.  
  52. In this game, you are asked to count happy faces, hearts, or Christmas trees. 
  53. Count the objects on the screen.  Type in the number to see if you are correct.
  54.  
  55. 7)  Exit To DOS
  56.  
  57. This option returns you to the DOS prompt.
